The partnership, effective Feb. 1, brings Signature’s total physician ownership to 79 and expands the multi-specialty aspect of the larger group, according to the release. Gateway’s physicians cited the operating model of physician leadership as a key factor in their decision to join Signature.
David D. Benage, MD, of Gateway said in the release, “In joining Signature we continue our efforts to provide outstanding service to our patients and run the most efficient practice possible. We believe our relationship with Signature will help us accomplish both of these goals.”
