Dr. Penn, who joined Gastroenterology Consultants this summer, will see patients at the Edison and Old Bridge locations, both in New Jersey.
He was previously the chief gastroenterology fellow at New Brunswick, N.J.-based Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he completed all of his medical training.
