Dr. Hallgren completed his medical education at the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines (Iowa) University. He also completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at William Beaumont Army Hospital in El Paso, Texas, and his residency training at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colo. Dr. Hallgren interned at Martin Army Hospital in Fort Benning, Ga.
Dr. Hallgren is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He moves to Colorado from Largo, Fla.
