Gastroenterologist on the Move: Dr. Robert “Chip” Williams Joins Lumberton Children’s Clinic

Robert “Chip” Williams, MD, will join the Lumberton Children’s Clinic as a pediatric gastroenterologist in mid-February, according to a Robesonian report.

Dr. Williams will begin treating patients for ailments such as abdominal pain, reflux, vomiting and Crohn’s disease. He is affiliated with New Hanover Regional Medical Center’s Betty H. Cameron Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Wilmington.

Dr. Williams received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Bayshore, N.Y., and completed a pediatric residency at Miami Children’s Hospital.
