Gastroenterologist on the Move: Dr. Peter Ojuro Joins ND’s Altru Health System

Peter Ojuro, DO, has joined Altru Health System in Grand Forks, N.D., according to a news release.

Dr. Ojuro will work in Altru’s gastroenterology department.

 

Dr. Ojuro earned his degree in osteopathic medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at St. Johns Detroit Riverview Hospital and completed a fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield Michigan in gastroenterology.

 

Dr. Ojuro is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He specializes in a variety of GI procedures, including screening colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, ERCP and esophageal manometry, and has a special interest in functional gastrointestinal disorders and GERD.
