Dr. Decker will join Banner on May 1.
Dr. Decker comes to the organization after a 10-year career at the Mayo Clinic where he served as director of the gastroenterology hospital practice, program director for the gastroenterology fellowship and medical director of the pancreas clinic.
He received his medical degree from University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He completed his residency training at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and Rochester, and earned a gastroenterology fellowship at Mayo Clinic Rochester.
