Gastroenterologist on the Move: Dr. AnnMarie Huysman Liapakis Joins CT’s Yale Medical Group

Gastroenterologist AnnMarie Huysman Liapakis, MD, has joined Yale Medical Group in New Haven, Conn., according to the group’s website.

Dr. Liapakis is an assistant professor in digestive diseases.

 

She specializes in endoscopy, transplant hepatology and viral hepatitis.

 

Dr. Liapakis received her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, and completed fellowships in gastroenterology and hepatology at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and in transplant hepatology at New York Presbyterian Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons.
