Dr. Lambiase earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh and a GI fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
He previously served as both chair of University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga’s department of medicine and a professor in the department of surgery.
The Montgomery regional campus was formed in 2012 to help curb a shortage of physicians in much-needed areas around Alabama. It’s an ambulatory-based and primary care-focused practice that provides care to more than 8,000 active patients.
