Dr. Idriss served Memorial for 33 years as a medical staff member. He held positions including president of the medical staff, chairman of the department of medicine and medical director of the gastroenterology lab.
Dr. Idriss retired in March. He received his MD from the American University of Beruit and attended the University of New Mexico for a fellowship in gastroenterology.
