EndoChoice signs contract with Premier, US Endoscopy acquires Bracco Diagnostics’ GI business & more – 4 GI/endoscopy company key notes

Here are four recent news updates on key gastroenterology and endoscopy companies.

EndoChoice signed a contract group purchasing organization Premier. The contract covers imaging products, services and infection control products. The contract will be effective Feb. 1 to Jan. 31, 2019.

The FDA approved Fujifilm‘s new manual reprocessing instructions for the company’s ED-530XT duodenoscope.

Covenant Surgical Partners agreed to continue implementing gMed‘s GI-specific software and financial system enterprisewide. gMed was acquired by Modernizing Medicine last year.

US Endoscopy acquired the gastroenterology business unit of Bracco Diagnostics.
