2. He most recently served as the president of global endoscopy for Stryker.
3. He also currently serves on the board of directors for Firefly Medical.
4. Mr. Enquist replaces Scott Huennekens, who will remain on the board, but is stepping down as chairman to focus on his position as president and CEO of the recently formed Verb Surgical, an independent surgical solutions company.
