Emerson Hospital elects Dr. Raj Devarajan medical staff president

Raj Devarajan, MD, will serve a two-year term as president of the medical staff at Emerson Hospital in Concord, Mass., according to an India West report.

Dr. Devarajan was elected to the post by his peers. As president of the medical staff, he will serve as a liaison between his colleagues and the hospital’s administration, according to the report.

He is a previous chief of gastroenterology at the hospital. Dr. Devarajan practices at Middlesex Gastroenterology in Acton, Mass.
