Here’s what you should know:
1. Dr. Subik will serve as Marshall University’s associate professor of internal medicine. He was at Marshall from 1984 to 1999, and he served as chief of gastroenterology from 1987 to 1999. During that time he was also Huntington (W.Va.) VA Medical Center’s head of gastroenterology.
2. Most recently, Dr. Subik practiced at Charleston (W.Va.) Gastroenterology.
3. He earned his medical degree from Syracuse, N.Y.-based Upstate Medical University. He completed a residency at Marshall University and a fellowship at Houston-based Baylor University.
