Dr. Lisa Brody to present at ACG’s 80th annual conference: 4 things to know

Lisa Brody, MD, is leading a presentation at the American College of Gastroenterology’s 80th annual conference, Oct. 16 to Oct. 21 in Hawaii.

Here are four things to know:

1. Dr. Brody will present a poster about LifeVac, a new product designed to remove an object from an obstructed airway.

2. LifeVac is currently being used in police, fire, rescue and emergency vehicles around the United States.

3. Dr. Brody focuses on general gastroenterology, colonoscopy, motility disorders and women’s GI issues.

4. She completed her fellowship at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y.
