1. Dr. Dorociak has more than 20 years experience in healthcare.
2. He specializes in treating several conditions including those affecting the esophagus, small intestine, colon and liver.
3. Dr. Dorociak earned his medical degree from Charleston-based Medical University of South Carolina. He stayed at the university for his residency before completing a fellowship at Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Wake Forest University.
4. Outside of his career, Dr. Dorociak enjoys long distance running and playing the saxophone. He has a wife, eight children and five grandchildren.
