Dr. Francis MacMillan to serve as vice speaker of Massachusetts Medical Society’s House of Delegates: 4 notes

The Massachusetts Medical Society named Francis P. MacMillan Jr., MD, vice speaker of the House of Delegates, according to a Wicked Local North Andover report.

1. Dr. MacMillan is the owner and president of Merrimack Valley Gastroenterology, a private medical practice in Haverhill, Mass.

2. He is also a clinical instructor of socio-medical sciences and community health at Boston University School of Medicine.

3. He earned his fellowship in gastroenterology at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, Mass.

4. Dr. MacMillan has been a member of the MMS’ House of Delegates since 2005.
