1. Dr. Weissman has more than 20-years of gastroenterology experience.
2. He earned his medical degree from Washington, D.C.-based Howard University College of Medicine. He completed a residency at Morristown, N.J.-based Mount Sinai Medical School and completed a fellowship at New York City-based Mount Sinai Hospital.
3. Dr. Weissman completed additional fellowships in endoscopic ultrasound and biliary endoscopy in Montreal, Canada and Santiago, Chile.
4. He is an American College of Physicians, American College of Gastroenterology and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy member.
