Dr. Decker is a gastroenterologist who completed his residency and fellowship at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic. He most recently served as CMO and chairman of the board of Banner Medical Group. He has also previously served as program director for the Mayo Clinic Arizona Gastroenterology Fellowship and director of the pancreas clinic, according to the report.
