1. Dr. Patel will stop accepting new patients at St. Catharines beginning July 1.
2. He will provide care to patients with chronic conditions through October 2017, until the hospital picks a replacement.
3. He said in a release, “I will miss my patients because I have truly enjoyed practicing here. I wish you all the best and a healthy life.”
