Grass Valley, Calif.-based Dignity Health Medical Group—Sierra Nevada, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, has acquired Sierra Nevada Gastroenterology, also based in Grass Valley.
The clinic will close June 9 and reopen June 16, rebranded as Dignity Health Medical Group—Sierra Nevada, according to a June 6 news release published by YubaNet.com.
All physicians and advanced practice providers will remain at the clinic, continuing to provide all existing services, including consultations, follow-up appointments, colonoscopies and endoscopies.
Sierra Nevada Gastroenterology has enjoyed an ongoing working relationship with Dignity Health for over 25 years, according to the release.
