Here are three points:
1. SonarMD is company founded by Illinois Gastroenterology Group's Lawrence Kosinski, MD. It provides full access to a secure, web-based application that allows clinicians to monitor and respond to their patients' health status between visits through health assessment surveys.
2. The application applies a patient reported outcomes score to each survey submission. It also provides analytics capabilities.
3. Digestive Health Specialists will have access to SonarMD's web-based application.
