The company has an 85 percent stake in New England Anesthesia Associates, which provides services to an ASC in Guilford, Conn., according to a May 10 news release. The acquisition adds 17 practitioners to CRH’s team and gives the company a footprint in 16 states.
CRH Medical is a subsidiary of Well Health. It provides anesthesia services to gastroenterology ASCs.
