Cantel Medical completed its acquisition of Israel-based JetPrep, a company that produces single-use irrigation and aspiration catheters for colonoscopy procedures, according to a Globes report.
JetPrep was founded in 2007. Its flushing device has U.S. FDA and CE Mark approvals. Its operations will be integrated into Cantel's Medivators Endoscopy business.
The financial details were not disclosed.
