Cantel Medical acquires endoscope reprocessing business assets from Vantage Endoscopy: 3 things to know

The endoscope reprocessing business assets from Canadian distributor Vantage Endoscopy were recently acquired by Cantel Medical, StreetInsider.com reports.

Here’s what you should know.

1. Vantage’s holdings included Cantel’s Medivators-branded automated endoscope reprocessors, chemistries, consumables and a sales and service organization.

2. CEO of Cantel Jorgen Hansen lauded the acquisition saying it fit the brand’s expansion strategies.

“We are pleased to be able to offer customers an expanded Medivators-branded product portfolio while providing the same level of high-quality service and support they have always received.”

3. Cantel will now be able to position itself in the Canadian market.
