Brattleboro Memorial Hospital acquires Olympus video endoscopy system: 4 notes

Brattleboro (Vt.) Memorial Hospital has acquired the Olympus EVIS EXERA III video endoscopy system, according to a VT Digger report.

Here are four notes:

1. The hospital is among the first in Vermont to acquire the system.

2. The system includes a video processor, light source, endoscope and monitor for advanced imaging.

3. The third-generation video endoscopy system helps surgeons diagnose, detect and treat GI diseases.

4. Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is a 61-bed, nonprofit community hospital.
