ASGE grants Dr. Jerome Siegel Rudolf V. Schindler Award

Jerome Siegel, MD, received the Rudolf V. Schindler Award at the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Crystal Awards in Chicago, according to a Gastroenterology & Endoscopy News report.

The award, named for the founder of the ASGE’s forerunner, is the society’s highest honor. Dr. Siegel is a master of the American College of Gastroenterology, Master Endoscopist of the ASGE and a fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association. He has more than 40 years of experience in endoscopy and GI research.
