Louisville Endoscopy Center Earns Three-Year AAAHC Accreditation

Louisville (Ky.) Endoscopy Center has earned an additional three years of accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, according to an EndoNurse report.

The ambulatory surgery center opened in 2000 and includes three procedure rooms and nine board-certified gastroenterologists. The center performs approximately 8,000 procedures per year, including esophagogastroduodenoscopies, colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopies and small-bowel enteroscopies.
