What you should know:
1. The practice wants to build a 22,022-square-foot outpatient surgery center and an accompanying 13,311-square-foot office building.
2. DHS will develop the buildings through a partnership with Dothan-based Southeast Health.
3. Developers believe they can complete infrastructure on the property by the end of October. DHS expect the surgery center and office to open in late 2020, pending state and city approval.
