Dr. Song was honored for his diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory disease patients, according to the report.
He earned his medical degree from China Medical University and completed his residency training at New York Medical College in Valhalla. He then attended SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York City to complete his fellowship.
