National Pancreas Foundation Recognizes Dr. Abhijit Kulkarni’s Work

Abhijit Kulkarni, MD, board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, is being recognized by the National Pancreas Foundation for his research on pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis, according to a Trib Live report.

Dr. Kulkarni currently practices as a gastroenterologist at Allegheny Hospital in Pittsburgh.

He earned his medical degree from Topiwala National Medical College in India. He completed his internship and residency at the Medical Center of Central Massachusetts in Worcester. Dr. Kulkarni holds a fellowship from Allegheny General Hospital.
