2 things to know about CRH Medical: anesthesia acquisitions & more

CRH Medical acquired Gastroenterology Anesthesia Associates, a company that owns and operates a medical group providing anesthesia for GI procedures, in 2014, according to investment industry publication Seeking Alpha.

Three things to know from Seeking Alpha:

1. CRH has completed 21 anesthesia acquisitions to date and serves 47 ASCs in 11 states.

2. CRH providers perform 316,000 procedures a year, including endoscopies.
