The states with the highest incidence of colorectal cancer reach 52.3 to 59.6 incidence per 100,000 males and 38.2 to 43.7 incidence per 100,000 females, according to the American Cancer Society's "Colorectal Cancer: Facts & Figures 2017-2019."

The report analyzed data from NAACCR in 2016.

The states with the highest colorectal cancer incidence for males are:

1. North Dakota
2. Illinois
3. Kentucky
4. Louisiana
5. Mississippi
6. Alabama
7. Kentucky
8. West Virginia

The states with the highest colorectal cancer incidence for females are:

1. North Dakota
2. South Dakota
3. Nebraska
4. Iowa
5. Illinois
6. Indiana
7. Kentucky
8. Louisiana
9. Mississippi
10. West Virginia
11. Pennsylvania
12. New Jersey
13. Alaska
