Phoenix-based Tri-City Cardiology is expanding its use of Basata’s technology to integrate AI into administrative and patient communication workflows.
The cardiology group, among the largest in the U.S., is adding AI-powered voice agents to manage patient calls, building on its existing use of Basata’s fax management platform, according to an Oct. 21 news release.
Basata’s system uses computer vision and voice automation to streamline faxes, scheduling, referrals and other manual tasks to reduce administrative costs, ease staff workloads and improve patient experience.
