Cardiologist William Meeks, MD, has joined Georgetown, S.C.-based Tidelands Health Cardiology, according to an Aug. 27 Post and Courier report.
Dr. Meeks treats a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmia and hypertension. He also performs stress tests and cardiac catheterization procedures.
He completed a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at Columbia, S.C.-based Prisma Health Richland and an interventional cardiology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
Dr. Meeks sees patients at the health system’s practices in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island, S.C.
