New Bedford, Mass.-based Southcoast Health will open a new heart and vascular clinic in Taunton Oct. 28, adding to its network of cardiac care sites in southeastern Massachusetts.
Adnan Sultan, MD, an interventional cardiologist, will see patients twice a month at the location, which shares space with Southcoast Health Urgent Care. The health system plans to add lab and imaging services in the coming months, according to an Oct. 22 system news release.
The clinic will offer evaluation and treatment for cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmia and valvular disease, as well as preventive and diagnostic services.
