HCA Florida opens cardiac telemetry unit

HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital has cut the ribbon on its new 15-bed cardiac telemetry unit, according to an Aug. 31 report from South Florida Hospital News.

The expansion will allow the system to continue to serve cardiology patients in the area and expand into East Florida. 

HCA’s East Florida division currently consists of 14 hospitals, seven freestanding emergency rooms, 12 ASCs and 105 physician practices.
