Cardiovascular Group has added Alexis Okoh, MD, to its staff.
Dr. Okoh is a non-invasive cardiologist and has contributed to more than 100 peer-reviewed publications in prestigious medical journals, according to an Oct. 8 news release from CVG.
His research focuses on advanced heart failure, health disparities in cardiovascular outcomes and innovations in surgical and transcatheter therapies.
Dr. Okoh will provide care at CVG’s locations in Lawrenceville, Snellville, Hamilton Mill, Duluth, Buford and Peachtree Corners, Ga., locations, the release said.
