CLS Health currently has a patient base of over 80,000, according to a Sept. 13 press release. Immediate plans include using CLS’ resources to improve operations, offer more in-house ancillary services and connect patients to a larger network.
The acquisition comes on the heels of CLS’ new 100,000-square-foot planned addition to its Webster campus, which will include a cardiac catheterization lab and an ASC.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
