Previous legislation was first introduced during the 116th Congress in 2019 and was reintroduced by Suzan DelBene, D-Wash., Mike Kelly, R-Pa., Ami Bera, MD, D-Calif., and Larry Bucshon, MD, R-Ind.
SCAI’s statement echoes other organizations that are a part of the Regulatory Relief Coalition, which aims to reduce Medicare burdens.
