The AtriAmp device continuously measures the electronic signals that cause heartbeats and displays electrocardiograms on bedside monitors. The device differs from current electrocardiogram equipment because it connects to a patient’s heart during surgery and provides information more quickly and accurately.
AtriAmp is currently used at the University of Wisconsin’s pediatric intensive care unit in Madison. Atrility expects to expand its sales of AtriAmp to additional hospitals for adult patients.
Atrility Medical is based in Madison, Wis. AtriAmp gained FDA 510(k) clearance in October 2020.
