Dr. Rayes is an interventional cardiologist who specializes in coronary and peripheral interventions.
He is also a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine and has been cited in more than 230 research publications.
Dr. Rayes will treat patients at the system’s Little Rock, North Little Rock and Harrison, Ark., locations, the report said.
