Orthopedic procedure volume grows in the ASC, outpatient settings: 10 key statistics

The percent of inpatient procedures decreased while the percent of outpatient and ASC procedures increased, according to a Leerink Partners survey conducted in June.

Leerink surveyed 47 hospital administrators on bundled payments to create the report.

Here are 10 statistics on the percent of procedures performed in outpatient or ASC settings, comparing the past 12 months with the increase expected in the next 12:
