Healthcare data breaches strike 20 states in April — Which was most vulnerable?

Although California often tops the list of healthcare data breaches because of its large population, Illinois had the most breaches in the U.S. for April, HIPAA Journal reports. 

Here's how many data breaches affected 20 states during the month:

Florida: 2
Iowa: 2
Kansas: 2
Louisiana: 2
Maryland: 2
Minnesota: 2
North Carolina: 2
New Jersey: 2
Virginia: 2
Wisconsin: 2
