1. For 67 percent of respondents, management fees typically constitute 5 percent to 6 percent of net revenue. In 2016, 61 percent of management fees fell into that range.
2. Fifty percent of respondents who reported charging a minimum management fee said the typical minimum is $100,000 to $199,999 annually.
3. The management fee rate is based on a sliding scale for 41 percent of respondents who reported charging a fee.
4. No “at risk” management fee arrangements are in place for 86 percent of respondents.
5. Standard billing and collection service fees range from 4 percent to 5.9 percent of collections for 57 percent of respondents.
