A medical condo in Mesa, Ariz., was sold for nearly $2 million, with plans to convert the facility into an ASC. 

USA Health is building a health center in Fairhope, Ala., that will feature an ASC, the company said recently. 

Investment group NAI Partners sold an ASC in Marble Falls, Texas, for $7 million, Ryan McCullough, the company's senior vice president, said Oct. 13.
