The Southeast has the most ASCs of any region in the country, according to an April report from Definitive Healthcare. 

 Specialists One-Day Surgery Center in Syracuse, N.Y., performed 1.6 percent of the ASC industry's total joint replacements in 2022, according to a May report from Definitive Healthcare. 

John Farmer, MD, has been awarded $3.7 million after finding Baptist Health Madisonville (Ky.), the family medicine resident's former employer, violated terms of his contract and interfered with his business relationships, according to The Indiana Lawyer.
