When the U.S. House of Representatives Medical Technology Caucus convenes Sept. 20, telemedicine company Zipnosis will be the featured speakers at a roundtable on telemedicine. Here’s what you should know.

1. CEO of Zipnosis Jon Pearce will deliver an overview of the field as a whole before telemedicine policy is presented by Chief Strategy Office of the John Muir Medical Center George Sauter.

Chief Advocacy Officer of the Federation of State Medical Boards will then discuss regulatory policy and its impact on telemedicine, before the group participates in a roundtable on the topic.

2. The company hopes to discuss with the house the ways telemedicine is implementing evidence-based practices through its online practice.
