Surgery Partners reports $240M in Q3 revenue, AmSurg reports quarterly dividend & more — 4 key notes on ASC companies

Here are four updates on ASC companies.

Medical Facilities Corporation will post a Cdn$0.09375 per common share payment dividend. The dividend will be payable Dec. 15, and it will be payable to the holders of record of common shares at the close of business on Nov. 30.

AmSurg declared a $1.3125 per share quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable starting Jan. 1, 2016 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 15. AmSurg’s $1.3125 per share quarterly dividend is in cash for the 5.25 percent Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A-1.

Surgery Partners reported revenue of $239.6 million for the third quarter of 2015, up 214 percent from the third quarter of 2014. The substantial increase in revenue reflects Surgery Partner’s acquisition of Symbion.

During the week of Nov. 16 to Nov. 20, Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $63.70, up 3.33 percent.
