Piccard Surgery Center in Rochville, Md., and Blue Belt Technologies have added a Navio robotic orthopedic surgical system for partial knee replacement surgeries.
Here are three notes:
1. The system aims to relay precise information about the patient's knee to the robotic tool making the procedure more precise.
2. The system does not require a pre-operative CT-scan.
3. Piccard Surgery Center is accredited by AAAHC, and is in partnership with SurgCenter Development.
