NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group/Queens welcomed Jeremy Wiygul, MD, as director of pediatric urology.

1. Dr. Wiygul most recently was the pediatric urology division chief at The Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

2. He is an assistant professor of clinical urology at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City.

3. He utilizes robotic-assisted and laparoscopic surgery when treating many urologic conditions.

4. He created a mobile app for children with urinary continence. HapPee Time allows users to record children's dietary and toileting habits, and users can email the data to their physician who can then make recommendations.

5. Dr. Wiygul earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock and completed his urology residency at Durham, N.C.-based-based Duke Health. He finished a pediatric urology fellowship at Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center in New Hyde Park, N.Y.
